Ordering Policy

Dils Supply reserves the right to cancel any item or order at its discretion. The company cannot be held responsible for any loss of earnings or damages resulting from order cancellation.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

Payment Policy

All payments must be made in full before any goods are dispatched.
All goods remain the property of Dils Supply until full payment has been received.
Orders must be paid for within 7 working days of being placed. If payment is not received within this time, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Delivery Policy

We offer free delivery on all UK orders (England, Scotland and Wales), with no minimum purchase required.
For deliveries outside the UK, shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.
Most orders are delivered within 7 working days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise advised.

Dils Supply cannot be held responsible for delays in transit or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Warranty Policy

Our products are covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or mishandling. All warranty claims must be supported by a valid receipt showing the place and date of purchase.

If a fault is identified, the item must be returned for assessment. Where the product falls within warranty terms, it will be repaired or replaced as appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return carriage costs when making a warranty claim. These costs may vary depending on location and apply within the UK only.
