Our products are covered by a 10-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

If a fault is identified, the item must be returned for assessment. Where the product falls within warranty terms, it will be repaired or replaced as appropriate.

All orders are shipped within England via Royal Mail.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.
