Care Instructions
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap if needed. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, bleach, or iron. Allow to air dry naturally and avoid prolonged exposure to direct heat to maintain the shape and quality of the material.
WARRANTY
Outdoor Gear luggage is designed and manufactured to meet the high demands of the international traveller. Your Outdoor Gear luggage comes with a 15-year warranty from the time of purchase. Our warranty is valid at the original retailer only along with proof of purchase clearly showing the place and date of purchase, without proof of purchase the warranty is void.
Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Accidental damage, damage during transit, airline handling damage, fair wear and tear, deliberate damage, damage to contents, overloading, mishandling, and incorrectly setting or forcing the lock are not covered by our warranty.
The most common cause of damage is during Transit, so we strongly suggest that if you find damage to your luggage whilst it has been in transit you should report this to the airline you have flown with before leaving the Airport. If Airline damage has occurred, Outdoor Gear will not take responsibility and the warranty will be non-applicable.
The item must be returned to the place of purchase, where the vendor will make a decision regarding if the item is within the parameters of the warranty and it needs to be repaired or replaced.
Please be aware that when claiming a warranty replacement, you will be responsible for the carriage cost, which may vary depending on your location, and it is only applicable within the UK.
