WARRANTY

Our products are covered by a 5-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or mishandling. All warranty claims must be supported by a valid receipt showing the place and date of purchase.

If a fault is identified, the item must be returned for assessment. Where the product falls within warranty terms, it will be repaired or replaced as appropriate.

Customers are responsible for return carriage costs when making a warranty claim. These costs may vary depending on location and apply within the UK only.

England Only

All orders are shipped within England via Royal Mail.

Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday.

We offer FREE delivery on all orders with no minimum spend.
